Services were great. Replacement of a kitchen sink seems like a routine job but mine was more complicated. Stephanie handled it like a pro and went out of her way to insure the job was completed to the end. Due to the lack of service, follow up, communication, and product from the local Southern Pines Lowe’s (since September) with no resolution in sight, I decided to check out the advertisement for Handyman services from Ace. Gave up on Lowe’s and called Ace. The team at Ace responded right away and within a couple of weeks, I had my new sink! Side note … still to date, have heard NOTHING back from Lowe’s. Use Ace services again? Absolutely!

Bryan and Charles did a great job installing our cabinets, putting down flooring, painting and installing the butcher block over the washer and dryer. Just a few things left to do and the project’s complete. I love my new laundry room.

Brian arrived and completed the requested job in a timely and professional manner. He was friendly and polite and explained how he was going to complete the job. He made sure I was happy with the work before finishing. I was very pleased with the work and the manner in which it was completed. I would definitely use this service again.
