It was a pleasure working through the unexpected issue with the carpenter ants that were discovered when we removed the old rafter. We appreciate your close coordination with us to develop an alternate schedule allowing time for you to arrange for the exterminator before we installed the replacement rafter! Working closely with our customers to develop a plan when the unexpected occurs is an important part of our service path & we are so glad we were able to take care of this project for you! John arrived on time, very kind and friendly. He focused in on the problem and had my glass sliding door opened very quickly, John was highly qualified and repaired my existing lock on door.I plan to use Ace Handyman services in the future. Very satisfied!

Very Satisfied with fence install
I wish there was a 6 star selection because they certainly earned them. Our fence install had to be rescheduled 2-3 times because the fence couldn't be delivered so Karen was very patient and would change the install date again. On the day it finally was installed it was in the 90's and humid but John and Brian just kept working. Two months later we decided to extend the fence. We had some problems with that but they worked it out and we were totally satisfied with the results. We will definitely call them for more jobs in the future. Another thing, they were always on time, which to me says alot about them.

Great Craftsmanship, materials could be cheaper
Karen at Ace was very responsive after my initial contact which seems to be rare nowadays unfortunately (Thank you Karen). Brian at Ace did a great job replacing the stairs on the front of the house, his craftsmanship was perfect. He was there on time, communicated when on the way, was able to walk me through the plan and completed the work on time, maybe even a little early. My only question or constructive feedback was around the pricing of the materials which seems to be high. This is an industry problem so I’m not blaming Brain or the team at Ace but maybe they could work out a supplier deal to get cheaper materials than what I could go into a store and get for example. Thanks for a job done well and on time!

High Quality Service
