Ace communicated perfectly, from scheduling appt to follow up and notification that Service person was on his way, to Domingo( service person) actually arriving Exactly when promised . Wow! Domingo was great and able to take care of a number of issues for me in just 1 hour! I give him a 10 out of 10. I will Absolutely be using Ace , and Domingo in the future .

Easy appointment setup, on time, priced as estimated. Tech , Domingo was experienced with porcelain tile. Nice install & cleaned up. To improve: ACE described to Tech as install door instead of install shower door which reqs different tools but Tech adjusted quickly. Will use Domingo for future projects

Matt was awesome and exceeded our expectations. He got two of our fans installed efficiently. He was also very kind, polite and comminuted effectively. As soon as we explained what we wanted he got to work immediately. We will definitely be doing business with ACE and Matt again.

Today Matthew repaired my problem regarding an old wooden sash window where the pane had become dislodged from the frame. As I am a handicapped senior who could not view the wrok from outdoors, he offered to provide me with pictures of the job. He worked quietly and quickly. I felt very comfortable and confident with his entire presence. When I needed to ask about future work that I am considering I was given advice in a manner that made me feel he had my interest at heart and was giving me good genuine points to consider. Overall a great experience, from requesting the service through the app, a prompt return call to schedule an appointment and the service person showing up early! Also you can track arrival time through a link that accompanies the text when arrival is imminent. Domingo explained the cost clearly and obviously had years of experience and knowledge. Would definitely use again.

Domingo was the assigned handyman through Ace. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very efficient. I initially requested the service for a shower door repair but they were unable to work on that. Ended up with a few other things around the house that needed to be fixed. I would recommend the service :0)
