Working with Steve was a pleasure. He gave us a fair quote and actually answered the phone unlike other companies we called. Several sections of our fence had blown down after Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole and the employee that was sent did a good job putting them back up. We were unfortunately out for the day so I wasn't able to tell the handyman in person that we wanted three of the posts replaced and not two (we had bought three posts and what we thought was enough cement for the posts, but perhaps there wasn't enough), but the two that were put up are very sturdy and straight, and the fence is back up. Steve was very fair with us when I explained this and even though the employee had spent more time than was initially estimated, stuck to the original quote because of the misunderstanding. I would and will be calling them again when we need more work done.

Matthew was very clear about what he could and could not do. Very efficient. Very personable. First time using Ace Handyman. Will use again.
