Mike was asked to follow up on a repair of an outdoor outlet, fan and light. Oddly, after a rainstorm the fan stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved the issues and went above and beyond to mitigate future water related problems.

So far, we are very impressed. Our work involves wood rot under a heavy wooden sliding door and replacing weather stripping. First phone contact was through. Kim asked questions about the job and ended with wanting pictures. An appointment was made to evaluate and give an estimate. Bonifacio was scheduled and spent about an hour evaluating taking off molding where he could and gave us a very complete description of what he would do and what it would accomplish. He said he would locate necessary parts and then schedule the work. He spent more quality time and effort than our first estimate. Yes he quoted a higher price than the first but "you get what you pay for" probably applies here.

We used Ace Handyman to fill a line of cosmetic cracks in our foundation that were too small for other companies to even consider. The service was fast, professional, and affordable, and everyone we spoke to seemed very knowledgeable. I definitely plan on reaching out again in the future for jobs that I don't have the skills or tools for! Bonus that they can take on smaller jobs that other companies skip over.
