I had a list of miscellaneous things to fix. Ralph reviewed all of the items with me and spent several hours working them off one-by-one. He did a great job on everything. If I need a handyman again in the future I will call Ace and ask for Ralph.

We have owned a home for the last 7 years and woefully without a handyman.No neighbor even had a referral. We used Ace Handyman for the first time . He helped hang a door ( the skills of which were under appreciated by me prior to trying to do it ). Ralph came after confirming the eve before as well as calling en route to give update about arrival. He was professional,friendly,efficient and timely. I will definitely use them again. Ace Handyman Services spent a whole day fixing some odds and ends around the house including trimming and reinstalling doors, and finishing cover up and paint on a tricky stairwell. They were on time, so nice and polite, and the house looks amazing after all the work they completed. Even Diane on the phone scheduling the appointment was great at estimating how much time would be needed, explaining the pricing, and just overall being a great help at figuring out what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Ace responded to install a shower door I purchased from a third party vendor. Unbeknownst to me, the shower door kit contained a defective part, which was discovered by the Ace worker. He summoned the owner who promptly responded to my house. Together, they managed to repair the defect and installed the shower door. I very much appreciate their dedication, skill and professionalism in fulfilling their contract.

#1 PROFESSIONAL: People you can have in your home and not worry!! For me, one of the most important things about a handyman is trusting them to be in your home. SCHEDULING: It was very easy. I also received an advanced text on when the Handy Man was coming with a map and everything. WORK: Very professional replacement of a door with dry rot. He did not just replace the door but weather stripped the door and the frame to prevent the issue from ever returning. I am handy (but no time) and he did a 1,000 better than I would have done. While they were here, they also fixed window cranks that I could never fix myself by finding them on a special site as my windows are outdated. Fortunately, they saved me from having to replace them. Other contractors could not be bothered and had just said the windows needed to be replaced.
