My cinder block stairs were build in the mid-seventies. 3 of the blocks were broken - the rest of the blocks were in good shape. The handyman could not purchase blocks that matched the size of the 1970 blocks. So he had to improvise. He used a combination of treated wood and solid cement blocks to get the right height for the steps to be replaced. Although they did not match esthetically, I can do something about that in the future. My primary goal was to make the stairs safe. He certainly did that. The handyman was courteous and sought my input when problems came up.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the business responded to my request for an exterior remove and replace project. The work was done within a day, and ace handyman staff guided me through what materials were needed. They made a difficult project appear easier than it really was, and were courteous through out.

Good morning, I had my first experience with ace handyman services this morning. We had a sliding glass door off track and Barry got it done fast and perfect. My handyman was friendly and polite and got something done I couldn't get done by myself. However, I discovered that the trundle was put in backward and I had to fix it myself. This required pulling the bed way out from the wall so that I could get the trundle out, lift it up and away, push bed back and then get trundle down on the floor and in. I'm 72 yo. Ace should ENSURE that the person they send knows how to do the job! For $297 it should have been perfect.

Needed to have cabinets modified to allow for installation of a new microwave. Craftsman understood the requirements and did an outstanding job.
