Replaced window & door screens
Excellent job. Ken was on time & kept me well informed the whole day. I’ve been looking for someone for a while. 7 contractors made appointments 1 actually showed up. And I was lucky to find a great one. I will be contracting with Ace Handyman Services soon.

Well my handyman was two hours late. Suppose to be here at 11:00am got here at 1:00pm. He put up the two light fixtures in less than a hour, but never fix the front door entirely. Works a little better but not how it should close. He really couldn’t figure out a solution and I didn’t want him spending another hour thinking about what to do. The cost was $285.00. Thought that was a lot for being 2 hours late and completing half the job. Not saying it was all his fault, but why should I pay first class service when it was not.

John thank you for your review. We apologize for the tardiness of your craftsman; this is not a typical occurrence as we do offer firm appointment times. It is great that he was able to install your new light fixtures quickly but unfortunately your front door is a specialty door, and he was only able to make adjustments as he would with a standard door which helped but did not totally fix the problem. We do have recommendations for a door company that I would be happy to give you if you are interested. They should have the knowledge and experience to help fix the problem. Thorough, quality work and friendly
I was very pleased with my experience with Ace Handyman Service from the time I called through the completion of the job.
All charges were explained to me up front. I received a text to verify my appointment as well as a call from the craftsman the day before.
Ken was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed in less time than I was scheduled for and my bill reflected that change.
I highly recommend Ace Handyman Service.
