Ryan was great! Quality of work was top notch. Respectful of my home, he cleaned up so well I would not have known we had work done. Scheduling with ACE is so easy and I would prefer to pay a little more to know who is in my home.

Mark was helpful and knowledgeable in replacing a lock set on a door. Only hitch was he had procured a deadbolt lock with a double cylinder-a key latch instead of a thumb latch, so a key has to be used to unlock it from the inside. It would have been more trouble at the time to have had him go back and get a single cylinder lock, like the one being replaced, and then come back again later. Can't tell yet if this will result in a problem for us.

We are very pleased with the work Mark did for us in helping us with our project. Mark was friendly and professional. Michelle, Mark and Ryan were awesome to work with. We will definitely use them again for any future services.

I really appreciate the job Mark did replacing the rotten wood and repairing the doors on my shed. The wood around the doors was starting to rot and one of the doors was getting close to falling off. Mark did a great job replacing all the rotten wood, rebuilding the doors. installing longer outdoor nails and repainting it. Now it’s nearly impossible to tell what’s been replace and it looks great. Mark’s a great guy, always on time, does great work, works quickly and cleans up afterwards. I am very pleased with all the work Mark has done for us. I highly recommend Mark and Ace Handyman Services Southeast Columbus and will continue to use them for ALL of my home improvement needs!

Ace Handyman has completed several projects in my home including two bathroom remodels. The most recent project was the tear out/rebuild of two basement walls with shelving. The tear out was needed so another company could remediate a water leaking problem. A sump pump, water removal system and beams had to be installed. Thus, the rebuild required a modification including a door to hide and access the sump pump. The project was completed on time and on budget. Mark arrived early everyday and kept me updated throughout the project. Ace HMM is my go to for all of my major home improvement projects.

Mark and Alex did a wonderful job in putting up shiplap in the bathroom to give it a fresh look. Mark came back the next day to paint and finish up trim. Both were professional and kept us in the loop on what next steps were. Everyone was on time and we were included in communications re. their schedules and project budget. Super happy and pleased with results of project. Highly recommended Mark, Alex and the folks at Ace Handyman Services.

I got a quick response and the work was done quickly and thoroughly.

Ryan was my craftsman. He showed up on time, got right to work, and did a great job. There were a few jobs to do, including hanging a few TVs on wall mounts, hanging a shelf, and patching a large Joelle in my wall. They were very courteous and friendly. They made sure it was happy with the work and made sure that they finished everything that I had asked for before leaving. I will definitely reach out for their help in the future.

Ryan was our craftsman, he came and put our shutters up on the second floor. It looks great. We are very pleased
