From start to finish Michelle communicated clearly and effectively. Master Craftsman Eric went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous, and highly skilled. We are very happy and will be calling ACE Handyman for all of our future home projects.

I would definitely recommend Ace Handyman Services for any job. From the beginning they were very professional and provided an estimate before completing the job. Mark was great and informed me about the condition of the cedar wood before reattaching it back to house. Ace went above and beyond when a second board, that was not visible at the time Mark initially came out, had come detached from my home. I called Ace back and Michelle was wonderful and said she would have Mark return, free of charge, to place a nail into the second board as well. This will be the only Handyman Service I will ever use again.

Mark did an excellent job installing the gutter corner guards. It was quite high up there, and he was able to do it fast, effective and efficiently. He and Michelle in the office was very friendly, professional and were top notch with communication updates!

For a few years now I’ve exclusively called Ace Handyman Service for a variety of jobs around our home and have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with both the work and my experience. Today Mark replaced a broken stair. He was friendly, explained the process, and showed me his work when he was finished. He went above and beyond when took the extra step to secure/quiet the other stairs. Michelle is wonderful. When scheduling the work, She’s thorough, funny, and professional. This is the third time I've used Ace Handyman. I haven't been disappointed. Most recently Mark performed some electrical work for me. He was professional and courteous. Most definitely would recommend. Can't forget about Michelle....she stays on top of the appointments and gets back to you timely.

I couldn't be more impressed. Mark was amazing!!! Showed up every day, on time, (often early) and would start right away. He was super friendly and was always professional. I am very impressed with the quality and speed of his work. And he left the areas he worked on spotless!!! I'm honestly amazed it went as smoothly as it did. Remodeling is difficult and you expect to run into issues, but with Mark, it was completely stress free. I would absolutely use this service again and will ask for Mark! Give this employee a raise, I have lots more I want done and I will be calling again. Michelle in scheduling was also helpful and I appreciate her patience in getting the list prepared. Can't wait to work with you again in the near future.

The agent was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. However, I feel the estimate of time for the job was too generous. Time for job should be a little more realistic.

I have had Mark and Michelle help me out several times now. They are always so polite and helpful even when I don't have my act together for them. They will be my go to for help everytime!

"Mark" arrived about 15 minutes early. (GREAT!) I explained what needed to be done. He understood what I wanted and got right to work. He took care to be as neat as possible when unboxing the shelving and took away the trash, which I really appreciated. The job was done quickly and efficiently and looks nice! I've used "Ace Handyman" several times in the past and this experience was just as good as the previous ones. BTW: Michelle was great to talk with to set up the appointment. And she remembered me! I will DEFINITELY call them the next time I need their services.
