Diligent and definitely will use again!
Arianna and Michelle were great at finding flexibility in the schedule and very responsive to my phone calls. Eric and Ramone were great to work with! They communicated to us throughout the entire process. They were efficient and hard working, most importantly they took value in their work. We will definitely be using Ace Handyman again!

Excellent Customer Service and Service
The dispatcher is so pleasant and walks you through the details of the process. Mark, the handyman, was excellent! He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were definitely pleased with their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again next time I need to have something repaired.

Not a good experience for the money spent
I had 3 projects to be completed, one of which was a wall to be completed. It should have been the first one to begin with as the wall needs a second coat and since it was the last project to get a second coat I would have had to pay for 3 more hours for him to wait for first coat to dry. 2nd project was not completed as requested but “done to save me money”. Don’t know how much extra it would have cost to have it done as requested. Third project was done but does not look professional. All the work was subpar as if I had hired students to perform the work. Very disappointed for what I paid

We apologize that this experience wasn’t up to our high standards. The wall was painted with two coats in the agreed upon time, and we did return to address a couple touch ups as the paint was orange and hard to cover. The other project was trim, and was a special order item. To work in the customers well defined budget, our craftsman offered, and the customer agreed to sand the current trim and re stain it. Unfortunately, this didn’t result in the fix the customer envisioned. The customer has agreed to hire us to procure the custom trim and replace it entirely. We always encourage all of our customers to first call our office and speak with our customer service if something isn’t quite right which is one of the benefits of hiring a professional company. Best ever! Very professional. Mark is the best!
After a disastrous experience with a local handyman, I called Ace. I had just moved into a new place and had several projects. It took five days but everything was done perfectly. Mark showed up promptly, was professional and courteous. I will never use anyone but Ace for future jobs.

Excellent and professional experience with ace handyman.
From the very beginning with Michele who answered my call and walked me through booking my appointment and understanding the process to Mark the craftsman who came out to the house to complete the project everything was top notch. I would certainly recommend this company and their staff to anyone needing pretty much anything done inside or outside of their home.

Knowledgeable and professional
I had a variety of jobs: remove shower doors, install bathroom fan with heater, install garage ramp handrail, fix folding French doors, reset frequency on kitchen ceiling fan with remote. My handyman was able to do all of these plus offer advice on what type of bathroom fan to get. He was on time, expedient, polite, and extremely capable. Cleaned up all work areas.

Don was able to install our cooktop with no problem even though special modifications were needed. His expertise in carpentry, electricity, and woodworking was excellent and definitely needed for this job. Hard to find someone that can do that nowadays. I highly recommend Don and Ace Hardware for jobs requiring knowledge in several areas. Ace is now our go to Handyman service.
