Excellent Quality Service; Professional & Friendly
Ace Handyman Services South St. Pete not only provided us with professional & friendly customer service; they also provided excellent quality service. From scheduling the appointment online, to confirming (communication) what needed to be done via text & email and handyman arriving on time, getting the job done in a timely fashion with quality professional work. We were extremely happy with Ace Handyman Services!! We will definitely be using their services in the future for any projects we have and recommend Ace to our family & friends who are in need of a great Handyman!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The person taking my request on the phone was very professional and really cared about my problems. I needed somebody same day and she called me back within 10 minutes and told me that somebody was on the way. The technician Eric was awesome. He did everything that I needed and very quickly. And the pricing was very fair. They have half day full day and hourly. I’m so happy they’re in my neighborhood now. I’m so happy they open this new business.

Great Service...but
Mark arrived and was wonderful. My only problem I had was with the bill. I think I should have been told about the added monies for materials, removal was extra as was a "service call". Had I been told beforehand, I wouldn't have a problem. As I said, I would use again, but be aware of other charges.

We regret we didn't estimate the cost of disposing of your kitchen island prior to arrival but we were pleased we were able to complete the job faster than originally estimated which resulted in overall cost savings even with the disposal fee.
