Professional, friendly, knew what to do.
Ryan called to say he was coming earlier than expected, as he wanted to see just what we needed done. He explained what he planned to do, and did not try to sell us unneeded extras. A board on the frame around the garage door opening had warped over time, causing the weather stripping to loosen and pull away. He was able to correct this for us. We plan to use Ace Handyman Services again when needed.

Bob was friendly, professional and did a great job. He discussed the job and quote with me before doing the work. He even gave suggestions for me after the job was done. I am happy with the service.

Better communication
The work that was done was top notch but luckily I had the entire day to be home. The Handyman was on time, polite, and got right to work. He wasn’t able to complete the job in the time frame allotted so asked if he could come back after lunch and would call. 2:30pm no call so I called and was told by dispatch that he would be back after 3pm. Would have been helpful to be informed that afternoon meant late afternoon and a call to keep me aware of when he was returning.

Shaye was most helpful when I commissioned your service. Phil and Bob, the techs who performed the service, were highly competent, always on time, polite and friendly, thorough and caring about the quality of their work. We could not have been more pleased.
