Very Smart, professional, and courteous!!
Installed a under cabinet hood range, that involved precise carpentry work as well as trimming down a metal exhaust vent. Mr. Chip accomplished this in less time than originally estimated. Great job! Thank you guys!!

High price for an adequate job
We had a squeaky door and some holes that needed to be patched. We saw the handyman arrive at our house early but sit in his car until his scheduled start time. Perhaps it was easier to start charging us at the hour mark? He was very friendly and was courteous by putting booties over his shoes to not dirty our floors. He ended up going to Home Depot 2 times but I think if he assessed it more accurately he could have made only one trip. I think this ate into our hour so it made him go over therefore charging us more for the time spent. The patch work was ok you can still tell there’s a hole. The new hinge in the door doesn’t match the other hinges so now we have to paint it. Our handyman was polite and did the jobs we asked for But the charging structure is a little too loose for us at a high price. We will probably try another company for the next jobs.

Door lock repair service
Off to a little rough start when the repairman arrived without proper tools to resolve the problem So took more time to drive to a hardware store to buy what should have been in his tool kit. I called the office To let them know I shouldn’t be paying for the additional time and we’re quick to respond and resolved the problem By deducting it from my bill. The serviceman, Jesus was curtious and did fix the door quickly once back with the right tools. Because they were quick to remedy the issue I would use them again.
