I am thrilled with my first experience with ACE Handyman Services - Tallahassee! Kelley is the BEST Office Manager and such a joy to talk with! She was right on with her estimate! Chris was prompt, professional, and personable! He replaced two storm doors in less than an afternoon! I have so many more projects for them!

First, the person that came out was very nice, on time and professional. The only thing that I have an issue with is the cost. It cost me 180 dollars plus to have the dryer vent replaced. I'm disabled and I was unable to pull the dryer out. I had also requested on my phone call for the floor to be checked. She didn't do that. I don't know if the floor needs replacing or not. I was hoping that they would look under the house and make sure that the vent was appropriate, in place and sealed up like it should be. My concerns were NOT met. When I realized that I was just paying 150 dollars with no services included like the cost of the replacement vent, I didn't want to pursue anything else because I was going to be charged for it. The person who came out was so very nice and did replace the vent on the dryer and I was totally satisfied with that part of it. I would not recommend because there is no flexibility in the charges. It took her about 5 minutes to change it out. I'm a struggling disabled person who lives on a very tight budget and I cannot afford this type of service and cost. A very expensive lesson. I would not recommend calling this place at all.
