Great Service from Chad!

Chris came to my home to fix a few things. He was super smart and helpful and took care of anything. I will use this service again.

Chris repaired the tubing running from the AC source to my home. It had been damaged by animals so that I was conditioning the outside air. He also advised me on how to find a reputable AC dealer to fix an additional problem or if necessary to buy a new unit from. Sorry, I cannot send my compliments to Google as I am boycotting that company. You have my permission to pass along my remarks yourself, however.

I had black mold growing on my bathroom ceiling and water damage around the fan. I had the roof fixed but that didn’t help the interior damage. Now you can’t tell it was ever there! This is great! I was told by a professional plumber that there is a big wet spot under the oversized bathtub in the other bathroom where a water leak had made its way all the way through the flooring and threatened to let the tub fall through to the ground. I asked Chris to give me a second opinion and he said there is no wet spot. What a relief! Chris also did some smaller things I can’t do any more, like change light bulbs too high for me to reach. I got so carried away I forgot to ask him to install a smoke alarm for me. Oh well. Next time.
