What a kind, professional, and caring company. An immediate gold star for Susan who not only returned my phone message quickly but was so kind to fit the assembly of my desk into my traveling schedule. And then, helped me coordinate a re-schedule when I realized a piece was damaged during shipment, delaying my original appointment until replacement part arrived. I LOVE their technology. A text to my phone to confirm, text of the reschedule, a text to remind me of the service date AND to let me know that Aaron was not only on his way but I could follow his estimated time of arrival on the app, which was exactly on time. Wow! Aaron was a joy, even at 7am!! lol He wasted no time, listened & understood my concerns, and really did a wonderful job assembling a desk, hutch and 2 drawer filing cabinet. I had to leave for an appointment but I felt so comfortable with the entire process with this company, that I trusted Aaron to finish the job and lock up behind him. I will definitely be using this company again. As a matter of fact, I told Aaron....the Murphy bed is next! The reviews you read are true! Great experience and a breath of fresh air for a reliable Handyman Company in the Tucson area.

The handyman (Scott) Arrived on time!!! We are very happy with his service and knowledge of what we wanted done. Main thing is when we called the service we actually got to talk to a REAL person!!! Scott did exactly what I wanted done. He was very neat and thorough. Hung my blinds and secured them so they will not fall, and put things on the tall shelves in the living and bedroom. Handyman Matters offers excellent service,quality, dependability and punctuality. I've used this service for years, and I have never been disappointed. Most recently, Aaron did some tile work on my outside fireplace, and it was beautifully done.

This company completed my bathroom remodel with drywall work and toilet installation. Paul arrived on schedule and was a pleasure to talk with while he completed his work. I’ll be using them again as well as referring friends. Susan was always cheerful and caring. Please don’t confuse this company with A Handyman’s Haven, which I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!
