Good job

We had Jason come to install a new front door for us. He was very nice and quick. I was pleased with the overall install, I rated 3 stars because while installing he had to carve out a spot for the door latch on the door that the store didn’t cut right. While doing that it split and now I have a small crack. It’s not noticeable but it’s there. I also was frustrated because he didn’t have enough trim to install it, I had a brand new piece I was using for another project so I let him use it NBD. He ended up taking the trim that was left over from that piece instead of leaving it as well as the original quarter round that sits at the base of the door so now I have to buy a new trim piece as well as a quarter round and try to match the stain. I love my new door and I think he did great given the circumstances just unfortunate he forgot to leave the extra pieces.

Mike did an excellent job on a variety of issues ranging from weather stripping, aligning cabinet drawers and filling woodpecker hoes in our siding. We first became aware of them when they were working on our nextdoor neighbor's house. We called and got a quick estimate. Mike was here at the appointed time and worked both quickly and efficiently. After a series of no shows from various contractors, it was a pleasure to work with these guys. They'll bet our first call for help from now on.

Jason was on-time, polite, respectful, pleasant (even so kind to our big dog, who really took to him), patient (we went one by one through my long list of fixes needed), ultra efficient, and did excellent work. He explained how he would do things and let me know the supplies he'd need. When he ran to the store for supplies, he let me know when he'd be returning. He provided thoughtful answers and solutions to my questions and requests. He offered suggestions and explained how he'd accomplish them. He cleaned up nicely, too. My only critique is that ACE Handyman Services is not cheap. I knew that in advance, though. Erin, the scheduler, was very knowledgeable and responsive, too. Will definitely be having Jason back to work his magic on more of our household projects. Thank you!

Needed window replacement and Ace was great to work with. Mike was very helpful with ordering new replacement, and scheduling installation. Installation was done by Peter, and he was very professional and did great work. Will definitely use Ace again.

We had several fence post that cracked off in a wind storm which resulted in our fence laying in neighbor’s yard. Hans replaced all the broken posts and reconstructed the panels. He not only did an excellent job, but he did it after a snow storm one day and finished during a steady rain the next. I have used Ace Handyman before and will continue to use in the future.

Jason replaced a front door for us. He was wonderful to work with and we are really pleased with how the project turned out! He attended to details and took care to make sure everything was done right. We would definitely use Ace Services again and will ask for Jason next time we need work done in our home.
