I was a little concerned because for the month leading up to the installation of our patio door, I didn't get any feedback or information beyond the ordering of the materials. Once I got down to the day before the job was to be done, we were contacted and the work was confirmed to be done the next day. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to contact the customer 2 weeks out to re-affirm the customer that everything was okay for the plan to be done. You do these things all the time but the customer doesn't. That contact would have made everything okay. When Craig showed up, things started happening right away and he was non-stop. His workmanship and pride of work was outstanding. I hope he is paid well because he deserves it. I will not hesitate to recommend Ace Handyman to any one that needs work to be done. Hired an older guy to fix grout. Scraped the entire walk across 8 large 18” x 6” tiles. Couldn’t even see it when I pointed it out. Very weird affect and gave me the creeps too. Never filed negative review before in my life.

Michael arrived on time, kept me informed of his progress, was competent getting various tasks done. Excellent, am totally satisfied with the the work!

We have a 1/2 bath that had grout broken in the area around the toilet. No one wants to do a small job and I was so happy to find Ace Handyman, who would do it. I got an estimate which we thought was fair and set up dates for the work. We were fortunate to have the tile we needed from installation 16 years ago. The gentleman who worked on the job had to tear out about 9 foot square of tile and found a small amount of rot in the area and he did a great job of stabilizing the floor, replacing the tile and grouting. The railing in our entryway needed to be fixed. The Ace handyman did a great job fixing it. It looks solid and was done quickly.
