I was out of town but Joe was very professional and kept me in the loop through all fazes of my ceiling replacement. I inspected the completion and was very pleased with the quality of the work. Joe was very easy to work with. We found him to be polite and courteous. We needed some wood rot repaired on our home and he took care of that problem which I am really happy about as I wanted to get it done before Winter comes again. He also offered to do any other small jobs as he had some time during the process of the original repair. I had been fighting with a light fixture on the ceiling that just needed just 1 bolt to have it secured to the ceiling. It took him under a minute to complete that task.
