Keith came out today to measure and get pictures for an estimate to put some railings up on my exterior steps. He asked questions and made suggestions which I found really helpful. I contacted them because I had asked for an estimate on a previous project but they told me that to fix it right I really needed a contractor - it was bigger than what a Handyman could to. I really appreciated them sending me in the direction I needed and for the referral to a company that has been very helpful.

Charles was out to our house to give an estimate on exterior work. He was very professional and competent.

Keith replaced a section of chain link fence that was damaged by falling ice this winter. He showed up early for the job and completed the work in a timely matter. Very professional and could not be more happy with the work that was done. A+

Excellent work! Greg arrived on time and completed a series of trim, door, and plumbing issues. Everything looked and worked great when he finished. Very impressed with his work, and the whole process with Handyman Matters. Will definitely use them again.

Our handyman seemed like a good guy - friendly enough, fairly competent. He worked in a timely manner. He communicated with us well. He dismantled his scaffolding from one day to the next, so that we could garage our cars. He did what the job called for in terms of the drywall in the garage, though it's pretty roughly done. We were disappointed with a few other details. He forgot to replace some of the canoe-hanging hooks he said he would replace. He didn't bring enough insulation for behind the refrigerator, so now we have to go buy some and do that ourselves. He left a mess behind the refrigerator and didn't move the unit back. He came in several times from the snowy outdoors with his boots on, tracking in dirt across the carpet and the wood floors in the kitchen. He didn't acknowledge this or offer to clean it up. In the end, the job is (mostly) done, but a bit more attention and effort could have fully satisfied this customer.

Mark was on time friendly and did my 3 tasks in a timely matter I only need some floor tiles replaced, some weather striping and a gap on the basement stairs fixed. Professional and a timely manner exactly the price I was quoted I would definitely use them again
