Mark from Handyman Matters just left my home. He was in time, professional, courteous and tidy. He fixed some grout that cracked in my bathroom over the tub and suggested that he dig out the old caulking and fix that at the same time. Great suggestion! He fixed grout that cracked or was missing inside my front entrance and added some weatherstripping where we had some leaks in winter. Super well done. He even did the shopping for the grout, caulking and weather stripping. This is the second time I have used Handyman Matters; it won’t be the last.

I was very pleased with how well all the numerous little tasks were done and how quickly the work was accomplished. This is the second time Handyman Matters had done work for me and I will certainly call on them again when I have need. The first time I had tile in my tub and shower area regrouted to stop leakage behind the tiles and it looks good as well as stopping water getting behind the tile where it ran down the basement wall. This time I had a little taken off a closet door that was sticking on the floor when the door was opened more than a foot; sets for screws for drapery hardware removed and filled; two mini blinds and a roller shade installed in two rooms; and three smoke detectors installed. Not big jobs but things I couldn't or wouldn't do myself. Everything was cleaned up nicely when everything was finished.

Mike did a lot of research to give me a lot of input and options for a new metal railing. I ended up doing only a small job--scraping and painting old railings and adjusting some doors. Craig did a fine job and came in under estimate. Only issue was that it took a long time to get scheduled, and then company postponed several times.
