i had a drippy toilet. i tried to fix it, it didn't work. i needed help. a quick call, a date chosen and julio tapia was the handyman sent to make the repair. he is friendly, happy and a pro! he found things wrong that didn't know existed. he showed me the rotting gaskets, etc. definitely proof of need. he was efficient, did the job correctly, showed me that it worked properly. i am very pleased. ace handyman services is the place to start looking for expert repair men

Doug Rolph was the craftsman that responded to my need for service and he did an unbelievable job. I had a list of items that needed to be repaired but things that I personally could not do myself. He arrived on time, was professional and polite, and got right to work. He cleaned out my dryer vent, repaired some loose siding on the side of the house, and did some electrical work that resulted in two lights that had not worked in years finally providing light. He did a thorough job, briefed me afterwards on everything he had done and the cost was extremely reasonable. This is the fourth time I have used Ace Handyman Services and they have always come through brilliantly. I highly recommend this business.

Doug did a excellent job troubleshooting an electrical issue and was able to resolve the problem quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. ACE Handyman Services has helped us with a variety of projects since we moved to the Upstate area last summer. We're always very satisfied with their work.

Contacted Ace after being ignored by numerous contractors for the water damage that had occurred during the recent hurricane. Dana listened to what I told her and sent Hal out to our home. What a great man and a knowledgable workmen. He opened up a section or two of wall to find out I did not have water damage at all. Dry as a bone. All I have is the visible water damage on a small section of my floor. Hal's honesty and the fact that he actually looked into the problem saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. Once again, I had the good fortune of having Stacey come out to replace flashing around my garage door. This man is absolutely amazing and his level of expertise in just about everything regarding home maintenance is incredible. He arrived on time and quickly got to work tearing down some old damaged flashing and replacing it with brand new material. It looks great and I could not be more pleased. Also, setting up an appointment and getting time on the schedule was easy. Dana was great to work with too. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services - I've used them several times (always Stacey) and plan to continue with them as needed. They are really excellent!

This is my second review of my experience using Ace Handyman Services in the Upstate and Greenville. Again, I have been quite pleased with the work and professionalism of handyman Joe Sloop. He has outstanding work standards in terms of punctuality and working to deliver a quality result. He also is good at making calls to let me know about picking up purchases and giving me his eta. I could tell after asking a few questions that he does not take shortcuts and explains what he is going to do in detail to make sure I know exactly what he is going to do and if I am in agreement. .Mr. Sloop’s attitude and demeanor lets you know that he enjoys what he does and he takes pride in doing a good job. He painstakingly repaired a folding door that was off the track and which required regluing cracked wood before rehanging the door. He insisted on letting the glue dry properly over a day before putting it back up. He knew it might result in cracking again if the drying time was rushed. He even warned me to be gentle when opening and closing the door for longer wear. He also worked to dismantle an appliance light bulb in the hood over my kitchen stove. The glass bulb had completely come out of the metal part that screws in the socket. He had to pry the metal part from the socket without damaging it. His last job is installing a ring doorbell for me which is more involved than I knew, including the ring start up part. I now know more than I ever wanted to know about ring doorbells. However, thanks to Joe, I feel I am getting my money’s worth in repairs and in understanding the specifics of the repairs. He is a kind, multitalented, professional handyman. I rate my second experience with Ace Handyman Services highly due to Joe.
