The service visit was very good. He showed up on time and we went thru my project list. And he then he started to work, after a while he left to run up & pick up some needed items for the projects and he returned and finished the project list. He will return to complete a couple more projects

Once again, Will Ratcliff did a great job on the repairs I requested for my home. Will is very professional and focused on doing an excellent and thorough job for each home repair and enhancement I requested. It amazes me how thoroughly and quickly he completes each job. Will is also very kind and considerate when we discuss options and approaches. He always has a can-do spirit and makes many suggestions that make the end result even better than I had imagined. I truly appreciate the outstanding work done by Will and others who who have done jobs for me from Ace Handyman Services. They are definitely my vendor of choice for home repairs and enhancements!

The window balancers in both vinyl windows in one bedroom malfunctioned. Cords involved frayed and broke, so the windows had to be propped up when we wanted them to stay open. Ace Handyman sent out one of their guys (Will) who called me the day before to check in (always a good thing). As the appointed time approached, the home office sent me a text that showed in real time where he was in relation to our condo. When he arrived (a couple of minutes early), Will was friendly and professional. At my request, he showed me how the balancers work as he replaced them, and I got a chance to clean the exterior glass while the lower windows were removed. When he found that the windows didn’t move smoothly with the new balancers in place (they had always been difficult to open), he phoned his supervisor for advice, and then lubricated the frame and sanded down the plastic on the moving parts. Now, not only will the windows stay open as designed, but they also open much more readily than they have since we first bought this condo ten years ago. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely call Ace Handyman next time we need work done.

I was called twice from Jon McCarthy to set up and then confirm appointment. He called the morning of his arrival, saying his ETA. I appreciated it. He came well prepared, having all necessary tools, etc. He worked alone, although the instruction manual calls for two, he easily managed without assistance. He completed the greenhouse in less time than quoted for. I am very pleased with the job and his professionalism. I highly recommend him, and would hire him in the future. Jon and his helper were great. They were very respectful. Jon was knowledgeable and communicated with me when there was a decision to be made.

Was going to have a kitchen install (full cabinet removal and install) and the craftsmen (Will and John) were honest with me about there being damage to the cabinets. They assisted me by marking and uploading the damage so I can go to the company and have the issue resolved.

I’m a very satisfied customer. Everything went smoothly, from making an appointment to everything I needed built or attached being done efficiently and professionally. Ross was great with both communication and results.
