We contacted ACE to install new LED lights. After finding out that they won’t work for the project Jon the technician found a solution that would work that would satisfy our needs and be less costly. ACE thinks about the person and should be hired!

Will is very professional. He called the night before the scheduled appointment. When he needed more time at the prior appointment than expected, he called again to ask if it was okay with us for him to be late. Upon arrival, Will greeted us, went over with things we requested to be done, and gave us an estimate of the service charge, and explained to us what he will work on. After the 2 hour appointment was over, Will explained in detail what he did complete with photos, what he couldn't do due to unexpected complications in the crawl space. All in all, we had a great experience working with Will and would recommend him to others. BTW, the office staff at the Ace Handyman Services are all very friendly and professional in their communications from making the initial appointment, letting us know the estimate and sending us updates about our appointment every step of the way. Very much appreiciated!

The scheduler was very knowledgeable and responded to me very quickly when I left a message. Will and Isaih showed up early to move heavy lanscaping rocks and they worked exytemely fast. They got the job done in under an hour (the estimate was for 2 hours) and it looks fantastic!! We highly recommend this team!

Office staff was courteous and followed through with routine notification. John was prompt, efficient and friendly. Qualified to perform task of installing new transformers for my LED deck lights which involved locating the old ones and removing deck boards and putting them back without damaging them. Work was performed on 100 degree day. Will certainly use again

The service visit was very good. He showed up on time and we went thru my project list. And he then he started to work, after a while he left to run up & pick up some needed items for the projects and he returned and finished the project list. He will return to complete a couple more projects

Once again, Will Ratcliff did a great job on the repairs I requested for my home. Will is very professional and focused on doing an excellent and thorough job for each home repair and enhancement I requested. It amazes me how thoroughly and quickly he completes each job. Will is also very kind and considerate when we discuss options and approaches. He always has a can-do spirit and makes many suggestions that make the end result even better than I had imagined. I truly appreciate the outstanding work done by Will and others who who have done jobs for me from Ace Handyman Services. They are definitely my vendor of choice for home repairs and enhancements!

The window balancers in both vinyl windows in one bedroom malfunctioned. Cords involved frayed and broke, so the windows had to be propped up when we wanted them to stay open. Ace Handyman sent out one of their guys (Will) who called me the day before to check in (always a good thing). As the appointed time approached, the home office sent me a text that showed in real time where he was in relation to our condo. When he arrived (a couple of minutes early), Will was friendly and professional. At my request, he showed me how the balancers work as he replaced them, and I got a chance to clean the exterior glass while the lower windows were removed. When he found that the windows didn’t move smoothly with the new balancers in place (they had always been difficult to open), he phoned his supervisor for advice, and then lubricated the frame and sanded down the plastic on the moving parts. Now, not only will the windows stay open as designed, but they also open much more readily than they have since we first bought this condo ten years ago. All in all, this was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely call Ace Handyman next time we need work done.
