Professional, experienced and plain ol’ handy!
I had several projects to that needed to be completed in a very short period of time. Not only did they complete it satisfactorily, they also did it in a timely manner and provided some consultation during the project so I would have the best outcome.
The pricing was competitively fair and after I paid, I got a call back the next day saying that they overcharged me slightly since they overestimated the time worked so they are issuing a small refund.
What??? I already paid. I saw the invoice. I agreed to the final bill so it’s all said and done. They could have easily pocketed the money but instead, they issued a refund. Unreal. I couldn’t believe it. How amazing! Now, this was just a simple clerical but it really demonstrated how honest these guys are.
Only bad news I have is this is spoiling me to be lazy and pass off all jobs to them.
Highly recommend!
