Yesterday, ACE Handyman Connor Preston came to our house for a construction job. The job consisted of making an addition to an existing wooden step for my wife’s backyard art studio. We provided the lumber and Connor provided the talent and expertise to complete the task. The results were better than we had envisioned. Connor made some suggestions during the process, with which we agreed, and they greatly improved the final outcome. After completion, Connor cleaned the whole work area and left it spotless. Connor was very professional and personable throughout the process and we believe he is a very valuable asset to your company.

Very pleased with our experience with Ace Handyman Services of Ventura County. They were easy to contact, provided great customer service, and worked with my schedule (and budget). Their representative, Francisco was very knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure I understood what needed to be done to complete our project. It was helpful that he had ideas to help me make an informed decision. I was especially happy with how clean he left the area. There was nothing for me to do after he left. I didn’t even have to take out any trash.

I received a prompt call back from Ace Handyman after reaching out to them. The representative taking my call, Sam was super friendly and nice. I received a picture of the man who would be coming out to do the repair, and was told how much the repair would be. The repair man arrived ON TIME, and was able to quickly assess the situation and repair our roof leak. We are very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them to others!!!

People do business with people they trust. You can trust these guys. The owner is a Ventura native and cares about his clients. Plenty of communication prior to our service via texts and emails, and we even got a notification that our technician was on his way, along with his picture and bio. Our tech, Kyle, was friendly, capable, and thorough. The job took a bit longer than anticipated (no fault of theirs) but they stuck with their original, affordable estimate. Very pleased and would recommend Ace Handyman Services of Ventura to anyone.
