Excellent experience
Had some electrical and drywall work. Heath did a great job. Was courteous, on-time, thought ahead about the job he was doing for us and came prepared and ready to go. Completed in less time that originally estimated. Will use ACE again.

High quality professional
Heath was a knowledgeable professional. We had to have our storm door re-installed and an estimate to get attic stairs installed. We are looking forward to working with him again next week regarding the attic stairs.

Bathroom vent and duct replacement
It was a great experience with ACE, they know exactly what needs to be done and didn’t it in 2 hours. I tried multiple handyman to fix the same problem earlier and none of them were able to fix it. ACE came and fix d it in 2 hours

Professional and very good service for estimate call
I contacted Ace Handyman Service West Charlotte for an estimate on some deck work after seeing their card at my local Ace store. Their scheduling was responsive and prompt and they called and texted to confirm the appointment. Heath M. was able to arrive early before the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and asked questions to verify understanding of needs for the job. While this was only an estimate call and I haven’t decided yet if I will move forward with Ace on this project, they exhibited every desirable trait one seeks for a handyman service. Highly recommended at this stage.

Excellent/Efficient Service
Ace Handyman was quick and efficient. I called them for service around 11am and my 1pm appointment (same day) was completed by 1:20pm (including a few other handyman fixes in addition to what I called for).

Great job
Heath was terrific in installing a new mailbox. He came early, did a great job, and finished well ahead of the targeted time. We will definitely ask for him again, due to his background in residential construction.
