Darren arrived Wednesday morning as scheduled. Very pleasant slipped off his shoes Ready to go to work he even took time to Review what I wanted done. I was unable to find the hardware needed so he could install the Drapes for the windows but he made suggestions where I might try & then checked his schedule to let me know when he would have the time to finish the job. However I had a picture sitting out & he asked about it then asked if I would like him to put up which he did.

Darren arrived on time, did a great job and went above and beyond installing my lights and ceiling fan. Everything works great. I highly recommend him!

Submitted a trouble ticket on Sun to have hardiplank siding nailed back down or check to see if needed replacement. Mr. Tom called around 9am on Monday to verbally go over what was wanted/needed to be done along with scheduling the work. Tom had me scheduled for the next day. A handyman was at my house on Tuesday. He arrived on time with the necessary tools to complete the job. Mr. Darren was professional and polite. He was respectful about moving equipment around in my house as he used different rooms to get out on the front/back porch roofs to reach some of the siding. He was able to correct the sidings in questions. One piece of siding will need to be replaced. Darren took measurements so he can get a replacement piece. Very pleased with work that was done. Will definitely use Ace Handyman for future services.

I'm so glad I walked into our local Ace Store & asked if they knew of someone who could re-construct our decaying back porch.The staff politely provided a phone number. I called & your representative, Tom Segreto, was cordial, showed up on time to look at our porch & conveyed a sincere desire to provide excellent service. He returned w/ a carpenter named Robert, who thoroughly examined the porch, explained our options & gave his recommendations. We could tell how SINCERE he was in wanting us to be satisfied with the finished product. He, clearly, cared deeply about the quality of his work. Then, while building the new porch, he demonstrated high skills, extensive knowledge of, and much enthusiasm for, his craft. Both Robert & Tom S. were very warm, approachable & considerate; neither ever made us feel we were imposing on them. The new porch is VERY solidly built and looks great. Mark came to examine under the house to see if the flooring needed to be reinforced for my giant front-load washing machine. It's the crawl space (yuk), but Mark was able to show me what I currently had and what might be needed. We ran the washer spin cycle and Mark showed me that the floor was stable. I feel confident in his opinion and concurred. As for overall service, I was given an actual time for his arrival (extremely rare these days) and he was timely. The whole experience was very positive and I would definitely use them again for carpentry and other services, and recommend them without reservation.
