We used Ace Handyman for some window repair. Scott did a great job for us. Knowledgeable, fast and professional. He was a pleasure to work with and have input home. Will use Ace again when a need arises.

An excellent job done efficiently
Chris installed longer screws in a gutter that had pulled away from the house. He also cleaned that gutter. He did an excellent job and did it efficiently.

Did not do what I wanted
Wanted some trim pieces replaced that had wood rot but instead they filled in with wood putty and sanded not what I wanted. It looks fine but it probably won't hold up after time.

Thank you for the feedback. We have spoken with you and we came back to your home to look at your project. We showed you that we had in fact replaced the wood and the putty that you saw was only the seams. You said that you were satisfied with the work and that we did not need to do anything else.

Best experience!
Customer service was excellent and prompt. I had an answer and ascheduled appointment the same day I called. Chris was on time, polite, and worked quickly. He finished the trampoline before the estimated time. I've had no problems with it or the stakes. I would highly recommend the company and Chris!
