There are many words we could use to describe our experience with this company and fortunately, all of them are positive! Steve was friendly, efficient, and a multi-skilled problem solver. He evaluated the project, presented a detailed estimate with a list of supplies & hours needed to complete the project. He communicated throughout the entire process and was very professional and handled the job expeditiously. Steve went above and beyond the call of duty & is definitely an excellent asset to this company! All of his work was first class, quick and professional. AJ arrived on time and knocked out the to-do list without any issues. We were scheduled for the half day package, but he was able to complete all tasks in a few hours, which saved us some money. I will definitely use these folks again when our office is in need of minor maintenance / upkeep.

AJ came to install a new bathroom vanity in our 100-year-old house. He was very efficient, kind, and even came in under budget when it turned out the project would not take as long as estimated. That kind of honesty is rare. We approached him about other future projects in our old house, and he assured us things could be taken care of. We will definitely use Handyman Matters for future home repair. We have had SO MANY contractors who have done poor jobs, substandard repairs. It is a huge relief for us to have found your company! AJ rocks.

Unfortunately, my experience was not smooth. Stephanie the office manager missed listing one of the bigger jobs on my estimate. I bought a days package which was divided into two days of 4 hour blocks. The first day it didn’t seem like 30% of the work was done. The second day the contractor AJ said he was running late and would need more time to complete the work. I contacted Stephanie to voice my concerns and she reluctantly said she’d call me back after she talks to AJ and see why he needs more time. She never called me back. AJ ran out of time to complete rescreening two of our windows. He said he needed more screen than we had on hand. Had he told us that earlier we would of had time to go buy some more. He didn’t clean up afterwards or call to let us know he left. Not the professionals I thought they would be.

They were very prompt, efficient, and professional. The price was very reasonable also. AJ, the worker, was very friendly, communicated throughout on what he was doing, and very professional. The folks who handle the calls for service and payment were top notch too. Very happy!!!!

Steve called the night before and we discussed the projects. He arrived on time, went to work and finished ahead of schedule. He asked if there were any other similar needs as he had the materials. I appreciated that. All jobs were well done!

I had been looking for a contractor to repair siding on a building since last October only to be told it couldn't be done without replacing the entire side of the building by multiple contractors. It only took a few days after the boys at Handyman Matters took control to put this baby to bed. They were fast and friendly and knew what they were doing. Glad I found them.
