Excellent service
Aire Serv did a great job repairing my AC unit. Roger was very knowledgeable and very professional and took time to make sure everything was right before leaving.

They were Great!
They were Great! On time,neatly dressed, took great care to not track up the house. Changed the contacts on outside and inside units. Then, ran the air to check the cooling capacity and the furnace to check for CO. Very friendly and explained what they were doing at each step along the way. Highly recommend to anyone needing their air and heat checked out. ~via Angie's List

Very professional and friendly!
My husband and I were extremely pleased with our maintenance check-up on our heat pump unit. The service men came out dressed professionally and were fully prepared for the job at hand. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They also were very considerate of our home – as in they wore booties before coming inside and also brought their own rug to use so dirt would not be left on our floor around the inside unit. We were also able to purchase the filter units (hard to find 2” thick) from them and they were brought out with our service call. We will definitely use Aire Serv of Longview for any of our heat pump needs.“

Wonderful People! Amazing Company!
Aire Serv of Longview is an amazing company! They have been very good to my wife and my entire family. She has enjoyed working there from the first day and her job has truly been a blessing for our family! They have gone above and beyond for us, especially after I was laid off this year, and we couldn't be more thankful for all that they do for us! If they treat their customers as good as they treat their employees, then you have found the right people to do business with! I recommend them to anyone! Thank you Carlos and Gina!

Love my new Daikin Unit!
My Daikin 3-ton unit was installed 12-17-2015. It is very quiet compared to the unit it replaced and works a thousand time more efficient.. Roger Willis installed it and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Both Roger and his assistant Johnathan were super.. I would say Roger is a great asset to Air Serv.
Carlos the salesman was very good and everything I was promised was done to the utmost perfection!
I would recommend Air Serv to anyone whom needs service or a new unit!

We are proud to be a certified Daikin installer, as they are I higher end system and one of the only manufacturers who still build their units in the U.S. - mostly right down the road in Houston! Saved my family from carbon monoxide...
Had them come for a simple tune up and cleaning. They discovered a leak that was blowing twice the safe limit of carbon monoxide into my house! I had no idea. Thanks to Aire Serve for that!!

Great Service
