The techs were on time, dressed neatly, looked professional, and took great care to not track anything into the house. We appreciated them being courteous and knowing what they were doing. They made the checks of the furnace and outside unit, replaced the contacts, and then thoroughly checked the air conditioners output of cold air. Also, checked the furnace and possible CO production. Very pleased with the whole experience.

No one wants the home air conditioner to die in mid August. But ours did exactly that. We were so glad that some friends had told us about Aire Serve. From the first phone call late Tuesday through the completed installation on Thiursday night, every person affiliated with this company went beyond our high expectations. We believe we have an excellent product that was installed with great care and expertise. We are happy to recommend this company to others.

When your A/C goes out here in Texas, your house gets hot fast. So that is why I am so happy with the response I received from Roger Willis and Aire Serv of Longview. I received an email telling me that Roger was on his way and it had his work experience and a picture of him so that we would know what he looked like when he arrived. He came right out after I called and did diagnostics to let me know what the issue was. The customer service was beyond my expectation. I will use Aire Serv again.

When our A/C unit started acting up on 7/29 we decided to try a new service company as we had not been satisfied with our previous provider. I am so glad we called Aire Serv! I wish I could say it was a quick job, but unfortunately that was not the case because what appeared to be the initial 'quick' repair was not the only problem with our unit. When Roger did a thorough check of the system before leaving, he discovered a major issue (we needed to replace the A-coil in a unit only 6 years old as it had a hole causing all the refrigerant to be lost). At that time, it was already 4:45 pm so although he located the part, it couldn't be picked up until 7 am the next morning which he did and quickly returned to complete the repair. The compressor didn't seem to be functioning correctly before the repair and Roger warned us that it might not "come back" after replacing the a-coil and the refrigerant, but we crossed our fingers. Sadly, the compressor was not salvageable (the second time in 6 years), and we were looking at replacing the entire unit. Garrett came out Saturday and explained our options (from just replacing the outside unit to a full replacement, which we opted for due to the existing unit's previous issues). They offered to bring window units for our use until the new equipment could be installed (we were fortunate to not need this as our RV provided us with comfortable accommodations). The equipment was installed on Tuesday and it was literally an all day job, as they didn't leave until approximately 9 pm. Roger and his helper did an amazing job of getting the new equipment to fit in the existing closet (and it looks like it was custom-built in place). I know it was a very challenging job (they didn't get a lunch break until after 2 pm), but they never once complained and were always very pleasant. They worked hard and cleaned up after their work. Roger was back the next morning to be sure everything was working. I don't believe I've ever had such attentive and friendly service despite the very difficult working conditions they had to endure with the August heat! We now have a new unit with a 12 year parts AND labor warranty. Thank you Aire Serv!

Great service and very professional! They went above and beyond. Will continue to use Aire Serv for our air conditioning services! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or having a problem with the old. They saved me from Texas summer heat when my a/c froze up and my house got hot VERY quick. Luckily it was an easy fix and I was fixed up in no time and back to my wonderful A/C!

We called AireServ to service our a/c unit that was not cooling. They came out the same day and fixed our unit. Cool a/c blowing again! They were very professional and courteous. They gave me a time and called 30 min prior to arrival to let me know they were on the way so I didn't have to wait on them all day. I will definitely call them again next time!
