I called to have my furnace tuned up and they sent Jackie Martin in 1 hour. Jackie dud an excellent job of checking my older furnace. He also verified the safety of the unit and made good recommendations., I have used AireServ for a new AC and they handled the job very well. All the technicians are extremely polite and friendly and know their stuff.

Ken was prompt and professional. Very friendly and came in to do that job that needed to be done. He explained what he was doing very well. We will use Aire Serv again and recommend them to others.

Tech guy Jackie Martin was on time, very pleasant to talk with and understands the meaning of customer service. Was thorough in his explanation of the problem and the resolution. Was clean with the shoes protection and the rug by the doorstep. His manager was also pleasant to talk with and was able to make the repair happen by understanding customer(me) issues. Work was completed in a timely manner. Good establishment!

Last fall we went to turn on the heat and found that it wasn't blowing any hot air! We called a few companies who were in no rush to come out for a couple hundred dollars (prices quoted without even seeing our 3 year old unit!). A friend recommended Aire Serv- I called and Nick was out within 2 hours to diagnose and fix our problem for an extremely reasonable price. He clearly explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.They were prompt, respectful, and provided great service! We will definitely call them again for any of our heating/ac needs.

He was polite, professional and competent. Scheduling was easy, they were able to get out to service our AC less than 24 hours after I called. Matt and Ben were beyond professional and clearly knew their stuff. They took their time to explain recommendations and give me options. Great experience and I was happy to sign a maintenance contract to keep them coming in the future.

This review is for a commercial service call to Aire Serve. Aire Serve saved us when our air conditioning unit failed in August 2015. We made the call after discovering water in our warehouse. The team at Aire Serv showed up in less than 20 minutes. They were able to fix the situation very little time. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend them for any job big or small. I will personally be using them when I replace my unit.

Aire Serv of Elkton is an excellent company. From the initial consultation to the installation of our new systems, it was a fantastic experience. Nick was very nice when he came to first meet me and my wife. We discussed our options and came up with a plan to install two brand new Lennox furnaces and air conditioning systems. We felt very comfortable making a decision with Nick and moved forth with his plan. We were quickly scheduled for the following week to install both units. The crew that came out to install were very polite and kept our house clean throughout the installation. Brett, Quinn, Matt, and Ben were very nice and listened to our concerns throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend Aire Serv of Elkton.

I had a duct cleaning service this week. I was really impressed with the service technician Kenyatta (Scooter) Carter. He took the time to professionally explain exactly what he was doing throughout the service work that he preformed. Scooter also gave me an opportunity to see what was going on inside of my system's ductwork with a video camera that he uses while cleaning the ductwork! This shows the pride in their work and satisfaction guarantee that AireServ of Elkton provides to their customers. I highly recommend AireServ!
