Great service from sales to completion of work!
This experience was flawless from start to finish. Everyone contacted including sales, scheduling, and installation were professional. I can’t remember another purchase that even comes close,
Steve and his counterpart (sorry I don’t have his name) were exceptional. I have had several questions from neighbors and all seemed impressed with the workmanship.

Great product outstanding insulation
In South Florida where mold can be a problem on grout bath fitters have solve the problem with their outstanding acrylic materials. Best installation and our installer Alejandro did a great job installing our new stall shower. He was always on time and did an excellent clean up after.

We had a conversion done from a Bath tub system to a Shower.
Very pleased with work done by Mr. Markiel (who did our installation).
He did an excellent job, very professional.
Also very pleased with the office personnel that handled the permits with the Condo Association and the city.
We love our new Bathroom.

Excellent and Fast Customer Service
Daniel Falcone arrived between the stated 2 hour window to fix the loose shower head that was leaking. He was careful and quickly remedied the situation . He knew exactly what to do and made sure it wasn’t keakibg anymore. Just love my new bath fitter tub! Thank you, Daniel. Keep up the good work.
