Very professional attitude and workmanship!

Had an installation in 2015 and recently a large bubble developed on the floor of the tub. Called Bathfitter to inquire and was told this was not uncommon and is not covered under warranty because the caulking is only covered for 1 year. What kind of caulking only lasts 1year? Unless it is applied incorrectly by the installer. The end result was that it will cost me $500 and wait 6 weeks for the repair, so can’t use the shower until December. Always frustrating to deal with companies who won’t stand behind their products and services.
