What I mean by Old School install is all the way from sales representative, to ordering, to calling the receptionist, to the technician, the work was carefully installed, cleaned up, and described in the care and use of the product. I knew exactly which each step was going to happen, exactly how much and the time to take for completion. Even though my sliding doors were back ordered the tech brought a temporary new rod for shower curtains unitil the doors came and I didn’t have to pay the remainder of the bill till the doors came in, installed and I was 100% satisfied.....which I was. I heard of a few BAD stories but they were with “sub-contractors” this was done by the main company. I would do this again to any house I had to do. Thank You Bathfitters very much for a job well done.

We were looking for a while on options to remodel our bathroom, the only one in the house, so it needed to be done quite fast, after checking & reviewing we thought we would look at Bath Fitter seeing they were running ads on TV daily. We drove down to the office/showroom in Grimsby to check out the options & finishes, the ladies there were very helpful and "no pressure". We gave it more thought then used the on-line feature where we could pick & choose what was available and see what a potential bath/shower would look like. There were also a shower head upgrade available as a special. Everything looked good so we made the appointment to proceed further and talk to a sales consultant, which turned out to be the nicest guy you could meet called Gary Smith, he went through everything, showed all the finishes & options, hardware, shower doors, faucet sets, company details, installer crew, job time, you name it & he explained it with absolutely "no pressure". He priced everything thing with a fully explained estimate, took off $250 which was a special we were unaware of, and while he was packing away his samples etc. my wife & I had a quick chat and decided to go with the job as priced (which was a bit cheaper than we had expected!), after signing the paperwork Gary gave us a approx. date when we could expect the job to be done. A couple of weeks or so after signing the Grimsby office called to ask us if we wanted the job to commence that same day due to an installation cancellation (the family scheduled had an emergency), as we were just about ready anyway we went for it. Couldn't have been more straight forward, Matt & the shop helper arrived on time, explained all that was going to happen & the hours needed to do the job, they were very good with keeping the mess & noise to a minimum, cleaned up after each stage, explaining again as they went along what was going on. The whole experience couldn't have been any better, all our old fixtures & shower doors were taken away, the job site cleaned up, the bath & showers doors polished up (a list of does & don't was provided, how to keep the new installation as new and cleaning materials to avoid) all completed within about 8 hours. Everything was first class all the way through, from going to see the ladies at the office showroom, the online site showing all the options, the sales experience with Gary, the installation experience with Matt & his assistant, it was all like the TV ad says and with absolutely "no pressure". Very highly recommended!!

The gentleman that did my Reno was Trevor. He did an excellent job in a very efficient manor. A very friendly and experienced employee. He knows his job and does it very well. I now have a brand new bathroom, thanks BathFitter!!

I can not say enough how pleased I have been to deal with Bath Fitters. The service has been amazing from Tim who came to give a quote, to the gals on the phone, to Chase, a delightful young man who installed the tub. Chase was so polite, knowledgeable about the product and a great sense of humour. I would recommend BathFitters to any one. I is such a great way to save putting more into our land fills.
