Jason Bronham did my installation.He was very personable ,punctual,,organised. I was very comfortable leaving my home for a couple of hours while Jason completed the installation. I was very pleased with the care he took installing & cleaning up. I wish I had done this sooner! I'm very pleased with the final product Angela K

Jason Brohman was our installer. We are ecstatic with the job he did. Showed up early and was very diligent in his work. We can't find one thing to criticize. We want to do our other bathroom next year and would be very happy to have Jason again. A real asset to bathfitters.

Thank you for the recent work that has been completed. Few months ago, I requested that the bathroom upstairs be done. Jason Brohman was the installer at the time, and I cannot say enough about what a great job he did. I was so pleased with the workmanship, and so, this week I had the downstairs stall shower done. I was lucky to have Jason back. He is warm and friendly, courteous, very professional, neat and tidy {he is a definite credit and a major asset to your company}. He is very skilled and it reflected in the quality of his work. A very hard working individual and I highly recommend him and Bath Fitter to friends and relatives. Wow. Love our bathrooms.

The whole experience was great.Gary came in, very knowledgeable, did the measuring to perfection. Two weeks later Jamie came to install. When he came he explained every step and how long he hoped it would take. There was no complications so he was in and out in six hours. So very impressed. I would recommend this company to everyone. I came across bathfitters at a festival. I left my information and they called me and sent out a salesman. The salesman was very nice and professional. He measured my bathroom and I agreed to just have my shower walls done adding a new shower curtain rod a new grab bar shower head and shelf for a whopping $2500. I chose not to do my bathtub as I had it re glazed last year and it was still in great condition. Bath fitters sent another gentleman out to do more measurements before my install day. On the day of install the gentleman came that was doing the install at 9:45am. I asked him how long it would take and he said 3-4 hours, which is the same as the salesman told me. At about 1pm the installer came to me and said he would have to leave for an hour and go back to the shop. The reason for this was the shower background was the wrong size (really after 2 people measured?). He arrived back after about an hour and was set to finish the job. At 3:45 I asked how much longer he was going to be as my daughter had singing lessons. He said about another hour...(her lesson was at 430 and its 30 mins away so she had to miss it). At 5pm the installer called me up to see the install. When he took the old caulking off he damaged the glazing around edge of the tub because he didn’t cut the caulking properly. He stated it was due to the glazing and to go buy enamel paint to fix it. $2500 and my bath tub looks like crap. After he left I went to move the shower curtain he left laying in my hallway to discover he wrecked the trim and put the shower curtain there to hide it. Very professional Bathfitters. Also scratched up the wall in the bathroom beside the shower. Not a professional job at alll. When we called bathfitters Michelle Is very pleasent and professional but wanted to send the same person who installed to take pictures. Finally a few weeks later they’ve send a different installer out to assess who was atleast apologetic but haven’t heard anything from them since. Will never recommend this company and will make sure everyone I know will not use them.

We had previously used Bath fitter in our old house so we knew what to expect, it still didn't prepare us for the wow factor. The gentleman was on time and very respectful to our home in brining in his supplies, sat down with us prior to starting and walked us through the process of what he was to do. He was amazing! I didn't even have to clean up after he left he had done it all. When he introduced us to our new bathroom it was like WOW! It was better than our first experience (our house was 37 years old and it was the original bathroom and it needed to be transformed). I constantly pull my phone out and show people my before and after bathroom. You can't express from the customer service to the workmanship how impressed we are with Bath fitter again. The easy affordable payment plan made it even more convenient that we did not want another provider. Thank you, The Fletchers
