We hired Budget Blinds (main line) in May to do all of the window treatments for our new home in Devon. Diane was terrific. She worked with us very patiently as we moved from room to room and provided great ideas that we really would not have thought of on our own. We wound up covering our windows with silhouette shades and drapery side panels in the bedrooms and living room. Then did roman shades for most of the other rooms. Everything turned out beautiful. There was a slight hiccup where one of the shades was too wide for the window and another came in damaged in shipping, but they were very professional about it- immediately ordered us replacements and didn't collect any of the remaining balance until the job was complete, which I respect. Diane offered to stop by and put up temporary shades in the meantime, but it really wasn't a big deal; these things happen I was just happy overall with their response- they took care of it no issues. In the end, everything turned out perfect. My husband was a little weary spending so much money on window treatments, but even he now thinks it was worth it! Our house really just looks complete and we have already received many compliments and I have referred a friend of mine to Diane as well.... I will say we did have one other company come out to give us an estimate, as we thought the price initially was a little high. The other company did turn out to be a bit less, but didn't have the same selection and I liked Diane's recommendations a lot better. Budget Blinds also had a much better warranty. Overall though I am extremely happy I went with them, not much more I can say. Thanks
