I recently met with Mr. Elden while looking for a criminal lawyer who had experience representing someone who was accused of a crime they didn't commit that involved shoplifting. Even thought it was a complete misunderstanding for my own protection I wanted to have legal representation and I had found David Elden online after a few searches. I met with him in his office and he reviewed my file and laid out a number of different options for me. He eventually talked to the local district attorney and with the help of video camera footage the city realized it was a complete misunderstanding and they dropped the case. It is possibly I may have been able to achieve the same results on my own but why risk it. Mr. Elden was fair and professional and I am positive I made the right decision. It was a scary experience although a minor situation but you never know. I appreciate the work they did on my behalf.
