We had a gas fireplace installed in our home just this week. It was coordinated through Brockville's office - Kevin & Kathie. The electrician they had come out to our home to do the electrical work was a very nice young fellow. He arrived early, & was very polite & courteous. He went right to work with the task at hand. A very personable young fellow who answered all our questions. We would have him back again should we require any other electrical work done in our home. The fireplace installers from Kingston arrived on time and they too were very nice to talk too. They also were very polite & courteous. They went right to work, answering our questions as they proceeded to do the job. They made sure our flooring was protected & our furniture covered. At the end of the installation they took the time to review all features of our gas fireplace, explained everything we need to know with regards to operating it & answered all our questions. They thoroughly vacuumed & removed all packaging, and re-positioned our furniture. They left us with everything back in place and a lovely gas fireplace installed in our living room. It was great to have the fireplace installed without a hitch. No delays, no problems, no surprises. Everything fell right into place. We couldn't be happier with the installation. I have been dealing with Fireplaces Unlimited Inc. since they first opened. Their professionalism, courtesy and staff have always kept me coming back. My last experience was to have small stove installed in my upstairs - the boys had it installed - up and running - the room cleaned up and were on their way to the next installation before I knew it ! I would recommend this company to everyone
