Np Jackie was very nice. She prescribed products for my skin. I waited to see her about 30 minutes. Then went to room and waited about 5 to 8 more minutes. To many people in room. It was Np, and 2 other young women. One taking notes. Other was observing. Np Jackie said have dry skin. She really did not diagnosis me. I guess give me a medical name for what's happening with my skin. All in all service was decent. Wait could have been shorter. To many people in room.

Best dermatologist ever!
This is the third dermatologist that I’ve seen because the first two couldn’t figure out what was wrong and just kept giving me topicals that did nothing. Dr. Rubin knew exactly what it was and isn’t messing around with my treatment plan. They’re very thorough and very caring and patient. I’m in love and can’t wait to get this cleared up!

Very satisfied with the services in this local office.
I am a former long time patient of Dr. Collier. I saw Dr. Rubin for a spot on my cheek and numerous scaly patches on my face. He removed the spot and sent it for a biopsy. He also froze several of the questionable patches with liquid nitrogen. The spot turned out to be cancer and Dr. Whitworth operated on it last week. He was able to get it all on the first try. I was very glad it was over. The stitches came out yesterday. I am very grateful to them for their treatment. It is not enjoyable undergoing these treatments, but they did an excellent job.

Trans Friendly
So often, as a trans person, I experience medical abuse from doctors who are supposed to care for me. That was NOT the case here. I felt safe. I was not dead named. I was not kicked out or yelled at (which has happened at other places). Dr. Rubin made me seem like I was taking an active role in my patient plan, not just a top-down procedure from him. He let me know that what we were doing was unusual, but without making me feel like a freak or a medical anomaly. He cares about his patients and is passionate.
