I had a few boards that needed to be replaced due to rot around my window. The communication was clear and the technician arrived on time. That’s about where my good experience ended. The workmanship was okay but I now have a slight tear in my screen that did not exist before (I’m sure since I sent pictures of the area prior to the work). The technician moved very slowly which normally I wouldn’t think much of but when you’re paying hourly it’s a tad different. I was asked at the end if I wanted him to clean up like ‘normal’. I supplied a broom and dustpan and my outdoor furniture was never moved back. I would not use again as I now have a follow up project for the screen.

i have had rodney several times due to his capability and excellent work. this time he installed a ceiling fan, changed out an outside lantern and a garage light switch. they all work as intended.
