Jason performed a small roof heat trace replacement for me over my front porch. He was polite and personable and performed well. However, he had no experience in heat trace installation. Therefor, I had to go up on the ladder and guide him through the installation. The end result was a good installation and I enjoyed working with him. I was a little disappointed with Ace Handyman management as they knew the job entailed working up on my roof. Apparently, management did not tell Jason to bring an extension ladder because when he arrived and looked at the job he said he did not have a ladder tall enough to reach my singled story roof. Therefor, I had to get down my extension ladder for him to do the job. It is a bit frustrating to hire and pay for a service and wind up supplying some of the tools as well. I would be happy to use Jason again on future jobs.

I was very happy with the work that Joey did for me on my door lock issues. He was on time, friendly, and professional in his work.

We had a great experience with Joshua as our handyman. He was polite, professional and got our task list done efficiently and neatly. He was also very nice to our yellow lab. We would hire him again and highly recommend ace handyman.

I was happily surprised that Ace Handyman was able to schedule with us within just 24 hours notice! We tried Lowe’s previously, and without writing an essay about that experience, let’s just say that they were unreliable and had poor communication skills. We desperately needed a new door. We had an old wooden door that was rotting and didn’t quite fit the frame so we were losing money on electric and were at a security risk as well (courtesy of the previous homeowners). We were scheduled for noon but got a surprise visit around 9 instead. This made me nervous at first because already we had a schedule change, but they kept us in the loop and had some schedule changes due to coverage (which is reasonable given the state of things, and we were just happy that someone came early instead of not at all!) I was not there personally, but according to my husband, Joshua was communicative, friendly, and gave him updates all along the way. He did the entire job himself, and I gave it a few days to make sure we didn’t have any major issues, but I’m happy to report that our new door is functioning wonderfully. He did extra work for us sawing through the old and improperly installed frame, and he even helped us drill in our new lockbox into our brick, which was more than kind of him. I used to work for Ace, but I don’t know why I never thought that they had their own handyman’s service. They charged us a fair rate (lower than what lowes would have charged), and the finished product was exactly what we needed. If you are in need of quicker service, and you can’t afford an expensive independent company because times are hard, I absolutely recommend Ace Handyman, and Joshua specifically. Shoutout to one of the good ones!

I called and scheduled next day service which was fantastic. Scott was prompt, polite, efficient. He did a wonderful job repairing the shower doors and shower head, replacing light bulbs in tricky spaces, and he even replaced the battery in a chirping smoke detector. Thank you, Scott, for a job well done!

Every step of the way was handled promptly and VERY Professional. I recently had my drive repaired with fresh soil and they heard my plea to please be cautious so not to dig into the fresh soil. They Listened and the Service gentleman parked in the circle and walked to my home vs. even attempting or risking damage to the fresh repair. NICE!!! Also cannot stress enough how efficient, curtious and profession the gentlean "Jason" was during all of the misc, items that needed attention preparing my home for sale !!! Bottom Line... An excellent experience in all factors. Will recommend and use again!

Joey did an amazing job ! Very personable and did a great job fixing our fence ! Making the appt was quick and showed up when he said ! Very impressed !!

Handyman was awesome. Super fast, kind, and did a great job. We had a time crunch (d/t our neighbor being the worst ever and calling the city on a minor fence thing. We were looking at 100’s or 1000’s in fines) and all fencing companies were booked out. Handy man came out within 2 days and really helped us out.
