Ace Handyman/ Great Service
Booked a half day service. Joshua was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. He accomplished all my items on my Things To Do List. This is my second experience with Ace Handyman & I highly recommend them.

Excellent and Friendly Service
Randy did an excellent job repairing my side fence. Tough work done in a minimum amount of time. Would recommend his work to anyone.

All around service.
I had a lengthy list of repairs and installations, from repairing a window blind bracket and replacing a screen to installing a window well cover and trimming some low tree branches. All were handled beautifully. Highly professional and team attitude with me for problem solving. I highly recommend this company. Scott was a pleasure to work with.

Light fixture replacement and ring camera
The job was scheduled quickly. The office staff were very helpful. Matt was courteous, explained what he was doing and both new light fixtures look great. He helped angle my ring spotlight camera and placed it where I can reach it. On the way out, he adjusted my sagging fence gate just because he noticed it was needed. Thanks again!

Randy is a perfectionist and his work is stellar. He replaced toilet valve and ensured I understood the steps! Then he hung to heavy floating shelves and it was perfect. I will always request Randy going forward!

Another Excellent Visit
Even while being shadowed by a future Ace Rockstar (Joshua), Brett does impressive work. My new floors and baseboards look great. I also appreciate Randy with the assist and installing my new lights. Excellent team work with the Ace craftsman!

Sliding doors
I was very impressed with the services from ACE handyman services and Bruce, who fixed the sliding doors in a matter of minutes. He's polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. I will contact ACE handyman services again for sure!

Great, professional electrician
Derek came by to fix a light. He was professional, did quick work and explained the issue I was having. Another great experience!

I will never use them again
I was shocked when the price we are agree with was $100 more. I paid $360 instead of $295. I didn't know that I have to pay a service call of $65. $295 for two windows curtains installation plus the services call $65 is $360. The two windows curtains installation was $295. I was thinking that was expensive but I need it done before Thanksgiving. The manager of the company said "No" immediately when I asked for the refund, and agree to pay only $295. Randy install my curtains. He told me that the company charges $600 for half a day, and they don't charge per hour. The services are expensive. I didn't get my refund. I will never use Ace Handyman Services North Metro Denver again.

After reviewing your job it looks like the craftsman reviewed the work, finalized the estimate and you signed off on the confirmed estimate and when the final invoice presented, you signed off on it and paid. Our half day and full day are packages to complete those To-Do list and are flat priced. We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for the lack of communication.
