Ace is my go-to for anything and everything. I firmly believe Steve can figure out what to do, how to fix anything, and to make whatever look better in the process. I like that today he looked at the jobs needed, discussed with me what he was thinking about what it would take to accomplish the job and is getting an estimate (since I added on a request after he arrived!). They texted me that he was on his way (at the time they told me). Terrific customer service lining up the appointment and Steve who has already done many things here above my dreams and expectations. That’s why I have called them again and will do so again and again as things crop up!

I had several items to repair on my list: replace a sink faucet, fix a ceiling fan in livingroom, fix loose framing around glass storm door, replace front door handle, recaulk master bathroom tub, and remove and replace a bathroom. I had prepurchased the faucet, eletrical parts for the fan, door handle, and the bathroom vent. Jordan check everything before starting, told me that the bathroom vent replacement would take two people, gave me an estimate of time and he started. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. I was so happy to have these items cleared from my list all but the bathroom vent.
