Austin is a very nice person. We got along very well and had nice conversations while he was working on the faucet. He worked right along and had quite a time with the handle that turns on the water. It was very corroded and he had to use the oscillating saw to get it out. He did a very good job and it looks so nice. The cat tree went very smoothly and also looks so nice. My new kitties will love it.

The serviceman was on time each day, pleasant and did good work. My only negative comment would be about the charge for materials. For a small job that required a tube of caulk, 8 nails, a couple brushs of paint, a yard of painting tape and a paint brush I thought the charge to be excessive.

I just said goodbye to Lindsey & Austin & honestly I am just overjoyed at their good & careful work! This is the 3rd or 4th time I've contracted for this company's help, and I can't believe any other company can come close to the satisfaction I feel as a customer. A good business is "made or broken" with the person who answers the phone & email, and I am always grateful for Marissa's swift, accurate & efficient help! It's actually a pleasure to talk with her! Despite the early, first appt of the day, Austin & Lindsey were precisely on time, (actually a little early, which I love!), cheerful, and ready to go! Their heavy lifting included carrying a new boxed mattress, boxed love seat, & a large, heavy rug up three flights of curved stairs to my apartment, then carrying the old mattress to the sidewalk & back a long alleyway to the dumpsters. They swiftly set up the new mattress & loveseat, then expertly hung four heavy pieces of art and finished by replacing ceiling lightbulbs. All the while, they were lovely to visit with, as we talked like old friends about our mutual families, interests, and love of our pets. Two nicer, more capable people could not be found! They brought their work in under the expected time, giving this grateful customer the absolute best value for my budget! I would trust these people with my life & my loved ones. As a single, older woman I do not allow unknown people into my home lightly, but Handyman and their employees are welcome any time. Bottom Line: there is NO ONE BETTER and there is NO ONE ELSE I would ever consider. THANK YOU MARISSA, LINDSEY, & AUSTIN! THANK YOU HANDYMAN! You can believe that I'll be back - every single time I need household help! THANK YOU! My gratitude simply can't be measured.

I have used ACE for quite a few projects. They typically do an excellent job. However, on one particular project I was not satisfied with the results. The manager came and reviewed the results of the project and assigned someone else to correct the results so that I was satisfied. The technician assigned was someone who had done excellent work for me previously. He worked until it was perfect for me. I will continue to use ACE for projects. I know if I'm not satisfied they will take care of it.

Dan did a great job installing the new toilet and kitchen faucet. They look awesome and work well! He did the work within the estimated time, was polite, and did a good job on cleanup.

Steve was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable!!! He quickly assessed our needs and worked efficiently and courteously to finish the repairs on our outside shutters. I will recommend him to others and look forward to seeing him again with any future repairs.

Old house, looong list of tasks & projects exceeding my skill set. After bad experiences with landscaper & painter, confidence in hiring professionals is a real issue. Just finding reputable handyman is quite a challenge, & often, it seems, my little house is no priority whatsoever. The growing list of work became truly a “weight”; depressing. Ace Handyman Services, remarkably, scheduled me within a week. Steve D. has the best attitude- patient, willing to tackle everything from replacing garbage disposal to installing doorbell, hanging pictures, etc, etc. He even showed me how to handle a tool properly myself. The cost was not cheap, but considering the timeliness, having one person with knowledge & skills in multiple services & getting it all done in one day- the relief is huge; I’m very pleased & grateful.

I called Handy Man for a small job at the restaurant and I’m very happy with the work.The tech was friendly but came ready to work and got the job done in good time.No surprises on the hill either,that’s a real plus.Will call again.

We just had a new outlet put in for our stove. The technician was very professional and personable. He contacted me prior to his arrival to make sure he had the correct materials since there are a variety of outlets/plugs that could be used. We have used ACE in the past and always receive 5 star service. We will definitely be using them again.
