Prompt service
Had issue with dryer vent on second story outside needing replace. Rather the buying a 30' extension ladder made a call and they were there same day. Very nice and great service.

Friendly and Professional
Chris was great, so knowledgeable, he got everything done. I feel confident that I made the right choice choosing ACE. Going forward, I won’t be calling on anyone else. And by the way my neighbor saw the ACE truck and since I only had good things to say, she asked for your number. She has a few things she would like to get taken care of too. Great Job 👏.

Caulking nightmare made right
The original work was deficient and low quality. However the company promptly and professionally addressed the issue which is the real test of a quality company. In this manner, they earned my respect and I would therefore use they again and highly recommend them.

Very Pleased
I needed high gutters cleaned and guards installed. The serviceman was ontime, efficient and personable.
The work was completed quickly and at a reasonable price.
I was very satisfied and will be calling Ace for any future repairs I need.

Great Service---Again!
I had a window replaced in a bathroom. The first replacement took a while to come in during the pandemic. After it arrived and the window was being installed, the ACE installer noticed that the window was not like the old window. In true customer service, ACE pointed out the discrepancy and ordered another window. Then, when the replacement window arrived, it was broken. So, a third window was ordered. It was installed. The ACE worker arrived on time and was finished in an hour. The window looks great. I am a frequent ACE flyer. Their customer service and efficiency is excellent.

Quick scheduling and great service!
Contacted a company I thought could help us with a gutter problem and they recommended Ace Handyman. Called yesterday with a gutter clog problem and Austin was here first thing this morning to fix! Great customer service when I called in yesterday (sorry, I forget the name of the gentleman I talked to). Austin worked quickly and I explained what he found. Will def recommend them!
