Replacement of smoke detectors

My old built-in detectors had been replaced by a new model, and I wasn't confident I could do it myself so I asked for Mike (who I had used before). As usual, he was prompt, and got the job (which was, of course, more complicated than it might seem) done easily. I love Mike, who doesn't make me feel like an idiot for not being able to do it myself!

Disappointed

Even though I described what was needed, which was a tall ladder to reattach a gutter, the person arrived and didn’t have a ladder high enough nor does he do repairs above 5 feet. He was polite but obviously the dispatcher didn’t send the right person. I was not charged but still have to find someone to fix the gitter.

Professional!

Mike fix my 30 year old bay windows. He is professional, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained what needs to be done and worked on the windows until the job was completed. Mike is neat, he cleaned up after he was done, wore a mask the whole time and worked without any interruption. My experience was positive.

Happy Repeat Customer

We highly recommend Ace Handyman! TJ and Peter arrived on time and completed a varied list of tasks expertly and efficiently. The main project was to dismantle, relocate, and reassemble a sauna. TJ had been here a couple of years ago to help assemble the sauna in its original location. It was helpful that he remembered what was involved. We continue to be impressed by his expertise. Both TJ and Peter did a great job on everything, and were very pleasant to work with.
