The staff and handyman himself were always as good as their word. They always answered every question. When a schedule was set; the handyman always showed up as scheduled. I was impressed by their flexibility if the schedule needed changing; even at the last minute. I was kept apprised of everything, both the office staff and the handyman. I have them on speed dial now!

Fred my handyman was very professional and knowledgable. I appreciate that he discussed repair options with me . I was comfortable with the work he did and feel he i got my monies worth. I will definitely use the service again.

I called on Monday because I had a leak under my sink. Rose was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Matt, the serviceman, called before he arrived to get a better jsnwratansinf of what was going on and to see if he needed to pick up supplies before arrival. He arrived a quickly assessed what was wrong and fixed it. Because it was such an easy fix, I still had the better part of an hour that I already paying for so he offered to do any other small job for me. I had some broken blinds that needed to be taken down and new ones put up. He grabbed his tools and got it done. As always, he Was super friendly and efficient!

A broken fan chain that was unable to be retrieved from the fan housing necessitated finding someone who was familiar with ceiling fans. I had not gotten replies from inquiries so I started cold calling from a Handyman list found online. Just two calls in and my search ended when I called ACE Handyman. I spoke with Brian, gave him the information needed and an appointment was made. I had called on August 6th and the appointment was set for August 11th! I was pleased that my wait would not be long. On August 7th in the early afternoon, I was called by Brian. He stated that time had opened up for the work to be done on this day! We were thrilled to have it done so soon. Fred was the “handyman” sent to us; he was meticulous and exacting in his work. He was also very personable. Fred was able to complete the job within the hour! It should be emphasized that Fred followed all Covid guidelines, entered our home masked and respectful of the floors and surroundings. We also masked to be respectful of his wellbeing. I am so pleased to have found a local company. The website has quite a list of services. I certainly would hire this company again.

I have used this company before when they were Handyman Matters, and they did excellent work which is why I wanted to use them again, this time under their new name Ace Handyman Services. Rich was on time, solved the problem and did a great repair job in the minimum amount of time. I am so glad we have touched base again because now we can think of getting some other stuff done.

Justin did a fantastic job completing a stalled bathroom remodel. He did everything from tiling the floor and shower to installing the sink and cabinet, mirror and light too. No job was too small. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I am so glad that I discovered ACE Handyman Services. I will request Justin.
