I needed help with mounting a large TV over the fireplace. I called on Monday and David was able to come out Tuesday morning. He was on time and took care of everything expertly and quickly. Will definitely use again.

Needed help removing some fencing and Ellie showed up and the job was finished in a timely manner. She was friendly and respectful, cleaned up the area and I was really happy that I contacted Ace Handyman. When I need help they will be my go to.

I first reviewed Ace for the installation and gave them a high rating. I would like to take that back.. The gazebo leaked. I found important parts for the installation of the roof in the trash or hidden under papers. I was told that they manufacturer had not included enough screws for the roof. I found 15 screws in the trash. I find this deplorable behavior. I checked the install manual that I printed out and provided them, Sure enough all the parts that I found were integral to the installation. Will not use them again.

I appreciate them agreeing to and finishing the assembly of my complicated gazebo. The scheduling and communication were good. The bid price was very reasonable. They worked on this project for 1.5 days. The handymen and women were very nice and cordial. Since it was a bid job, I did not have to worry about cigarette breaks, phone calls and handyman work pace. I have used this company before it was an "Ace Hardware" enitity. One of the irritants for me when working with them is that the handymen consistently leave their bottles, cans in my yard or garage. I have to pick them up and dispose of them after the job is done. I did tell them that they could smoke while doing this outside assembly. I found the cigarette butts in a plastic trash bag filled with the project trash. I am concerned about the safety of doing this. Overall I think of them as a good handyman service. I would give them a 4.5. The second group had to work in awful heat and humidity...so kudos to them.

Brandon and Gonzo were very professional, gave great expert advice, and very nice.

Arrived on time. Very pleasant person. Worked diligently. After she left, noticed something that wasn’t to my liking and called Ace the following morning. Same person showed up and fixed what was bothering me to my satisfaction.

They came out quickly and replaced some missing baseboard. I thought I had the product but didn’t so the handyman quickly got what was needed and completed the job quickly. It looks beautiful too.

Daniel and Dave did a beautiful job on my fireplace! I had it changed from stone to marble tile. I would give them a 10!!!
